u-City 서비스 단계별 우선순위와 확산전략에 관한 연구

본 연구는 첨단 정보통신기술의 인프라를 토대로 u-서비스 기술을 물리적인 도시공간에 활용하여 도시기능의 모든 서비스의 개선과 향상을 가져올 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 u-City 서비스의 채택확산을 위한 단계별 우선순위를 도출하였으며 서비스의 확산전략을 제시하였다. 먼저 u-City 서비스의 단계별 우선순위 결과에서는 보건의료, 정보제공 및 정보보안, 도로교통, 방범 및 보안, 재난 및 안전, 환경, 시설물관리 부문 등을 제시하였다. 서비스 확산 전략에서는 u-로컬거버넌스의 구축을 토대로 u-IT 지향적 관리혁신과 정부역량 수준이 중요요인으로써 고려되고 작동되어야 한다는 점을 강조하였다. 또한 이러한 요인들을 반영하면서 도시규모나 도시형태에 맞는 u-City 서비스가 고려되어야 한다는 점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
A purpose of this study is bring to a device that u-services technology(UST) be apply to physical city space based on a high-tech information communication technology for improvement of all city function services. With this in mind, it is suggested step by step priority and strategy for diffusion of u-City services. First, the priority of u-City service is indicated that it concentrate on health and medical, offer and security of information, road and traffic, crime prevention and preservation of public peace, disaster and safety, environment, and establishment and so on. Second, a strategy for diffusions of service is indicated that concentrate on u-IT oriented management innovation and government capability based on the building u-local governance. What’s more, the results of this study be presented that should consider size and form of city with reflect this kind of factors.
