본 연구는 중소기업의 수출지원의 개선을 위한 제언을 목적으로 실증연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 정부의 수출지원정책에 대한 인지도와 활용도는 정부정책의 성과에는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으나 기업의 수출성과에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 수출경쟁력은 정부정책의 성과와 기업의 수출성과 모두 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부의 정책성과는 기업의 수출성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 수출지원을 위한 세 가지의 지원방안을 개선방안으로 제시하였다. 첫째, 중소기업 특성화 인력양성 및 교육지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 무역금융 지원의 재정비가 필요하다. 셋째, K-sure를 중심으로 한 수출지원 프로그램의 일원화가 필요하다. 본 연구의 한계점은 설문샘플이 제한적이라 연구결과의 일반화에는 무리가 있다. 그럼에도 본 연구는 중소기업의 수출지원에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시하였다는 측면에서 학술적으로 의미가 있다.
Abstract
This study conducted empirical studies for the purpose of suggesting improvement of export support of SMEs. As a result, the recognition and utilization of the government 's export support policy has a significant effect on the performance of the government policy but it does not have a significant effect on the export performance of the SMEs. The export competitiveness of SMEs have a positive effect on both the performance of government policies and the export performance of firms, and the government 's policy performance has a positive effect on SMEs' export performance. The study suggests three ways to improve export support. First, it is necessary to nurture specialization manpower and education support for SMEs, especially in universities. Second, a trade finance hub is needed. Third, it is necessary to unify the export support program centering on K-sure. The limitation of this study is that it is difficult to generalize the results of the research because the questionnaire sample is limited. Nevertheless, this study is meaningful in that it presents a new perspective on export support of SMEs.
