The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics and effects of the yoga exercise plan for breast cancer patients by analyzing studies related to the yoga exercise plan for breast cancer patients. In order to check the relevance of the research subjects, Pub Med and Google Scholar databases were used to search for "breast cancer patients, yoga exercise and immunity". In addition to papers not related to this study, a total of 16 papers were selected. Result, the yoga exercise program for breast cancer is carried out by the course guidance and family DVD. Breast cancer types include metastatic breast cancer, stage I, II, III breast cancer, non-metastatic breast cancer, unilateral breast cancer, stage II, stage III breast cancer, stage II-IV breast cancer, breast cancer receiving radiotherapy, Breast cancer. Depending on the type of breast cancer and the purpose of the yoga exercise, the implementation of the yoga exercise plan is different, and the exercise time, frequency and exercise intensity of the yoga exercise program are usually determined. Most exercise programs in previous studies have shown that they can improve and enhance the body composition, physical strength, immunity, sleep, mental health and function, and physical activity levels of breast cancer patients. In summary, it has been found that a yoga exercise program suitable for breast cancer patients has a positive impact on the health and quality of life of breast cancer patients, and it should be extended to other fields so that all cancer patients can participate in yoga exercises. In addition, it is necessary to propose more specific exercise plans and prescriptions for each type of breast cancer. there is a need to propose a more specific exercise program and prescription for each disability.
