ERP시스템의 회계시스템 이용용이성과 유용성 지각에의 영향

초록

본 연구는 ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수가 회계시스템의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수로는 호환성, 상대적 이점, 최고경영층지원, 자발성 및 자기효능감을 사용하였으며, 기술수용모형에서 제시하고 있는 ERP의 지각된 이용용이성을 통하여 ERP시스템을 통한 회계처리 담당자의 유용성에 대한 지각을 분석하였다. ERP시스템의 이용자 수용요인과 사용자의 이용용이성이 ERP시스템의 하위시스템인 회계정보시스템의 유용성에도 상당한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예상하고, 이에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 대체로 ERP시스템의 수용요인(호환성, 상대적 이점, 최고경영층의 지원, 자발성 및 자기효능감)을 회계처리실무자 중심에서 조사를 수행하고, 업무처리의 이용용이성과 유용성을 함께 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, ERP의 수용요인들중에서 상대적 이점과 자기효능감의 외부변수가 ERP의 지각된 이용용이성과 회계시스템으로서의 유용성에 대한 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 ERP시스템의 지각된 이용용이성은 ERP가 회계시스템으로써 사용자의 유용성에 대한 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

This research intended to analyze how the external variables, which affect the acceptance of ERP system, influence the perceived usefulness, facility of using ERP system. We selected the compatibility, relative profit, top manager’s support, and self－efficacy as the external variables to affect the acceptance of ERP system. Besides, we decided on parameters with the perceived usefulness and facility of use, which are suggested in TAM. We attained results that the relative profit and self－efficacy significantly influence the perceived usefulness and then the relative profit and self－efficacy have significant influence on the perceived facility of use. The perceived facility of use have significant effects on the perceived usefulness.
