Abstract
For solving to the bewildering results from among the innovation researches, it needs to review of innovation starting from the based on the CEO perspective to including multi-dimensional attributions embedded innovation. This approach makes possible to adhere to industrial setting of real innovation. The study validate to the applicable effectiveness of global innovator’s DNA model to Korean SME’s CEO, and suggest to learning and developing directions for fitting goal orientation in industrial reality. Grounded on the empirical results, it is useful to raise to discovery DNA for long-term performance by virtue of radical product innovation, and to focus on the operation DNA for short-term efficiently financial performance.
