Korea is making steady progress effort of evaluating economical efficiency respect Chinese freight custody politically under demonstration operating RFS(Road Feeder Service) Sea & Air inter-modal between Korea and China for securing the quantity of goods transported and strategy of Northeast Asia Hub. This paper presents a priority order from China Sea & Air inter-modal transportation path selection via specialist surveys using AHP, and produces result followings. First of all, it analyze expense factor, service factor, location factor as a high position evaluation in order to evaluate weighty of priority of Sea & Air inter-modal path selection from China. As a result, the most important factor is expensive factor and the next is service factor,the third is location factor. Second, analyze each factors of path selection component as details. Logistics is holding a great deal of weight on the global age also swiftness and value added service from international marine transportation of current existing are quickly being converted value added inter-modal transportation. As a result, the most important is freight rates in expense factor and the next is a custody fee, the third is forwarding fee. Customs clearance is the most important factor in service factor and the next is convenience of inter-modal, the third is security of seaport and airport. Access to seaport and airport is the most important factor in location factor and the next is connection of surrounding area because customers’ demand patterns are quickly change in JIT(Just In Time) Sea & Air inter-modal. Hong-Kong is the first ranker in alternative weighty and Korea Republic is next, Singapore is third. Additionally, the result of sensitiveness analysis’ fluctuation±10, there are some changes in expense factor, service factor, location factor.
