광주‧전남 국제결혼 이주여성의 한국어 능력이 결혼안정성에 미치는 영향 연구 -구조방정식 모형을 통한 여가활동 매개효과 검증-

본 연구는 광주‧전남 지역에 거주하는 국제결혼 이주여성을 대상으로 한국어 능력과 여가활동을 주체로 결혼안정성을 파악하기 위한 연구이다, 비록 국제결혼 이주여성들이 한국어 능력이 현제하게 낮아도 가족의 여가활동이 잘 진행된다면 결혼 안정성이 훨씬 높아 질 것이라도 예측하여 여가활동이 매개역할을 할 것이다. 현시점에서 역량강화 도입에 중요한 변인인 여가활동의 중요성을 부가시켜 가족의 응집력을 향상시키고 결혼안정성을 강하게 만들어 가정이 순조롭게 나아갈 수 있도록 대안 등을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 광주․전남지역에 거주하는 국제결혼 이주여성들로서 결혼안정성을 살펴보았으며, 연구결과 한국어 능력이 결혼안정성에 영향을 끼쳤으며, 여가활동이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 국제결혼 이주여성의 결혼안정성에서 한국어 능력은 의사소통의 변수로서 개인적 삶, 가족과의 관계, 사회적 관계에 중요한 요인임으로 공식적․비공식적으로 시행하고 있는 한국어 교육 프로그램에 대한 개입 프로그램을 더욱더 보강해야 하고 국제결혼 이주여성들에게 여가활동은 결혼안정성을 높이는데 영향이 있는 것으로 나타나 이들 여성들을 위한 가족 간의 여가활동 프로그램을 지역사회와 연계하여 대안을 마련해야함을 제시한다.
Abstract
This study is a study to determine the stability of marriage for the principal of Korean skill, and leisure activities. Even if they are exposed to degradation of Korean skill, if the leisure activity of family is well underway, even the stability of marriage is also higher, it would be predictable, so that the leisure activity will play as a mediated role. Nowadays, when importance of leisure activity bring into relief, cohesiveness of families would improve and make a strong marriage stability, so that the family aims to explore the alternative in order to move smoothly.The subjects of this study is international marriage migrant women who lives in Gwangju, Jeollanamdo province, and it looked at the stability of marriage. As a result of this study, Korean skill has had an impact on the stability of marriage and leisure activities seems to act as an mediated role. Korean skill for international marriage migrant women in marital stability is as a variable of communication. Personal life, relationships with family, social relationships are important factor and intervention programs for Korean educational programs which officially and informally implement should be more reinforced. Leisure activities for international marriage migrant women are shown that the influence makes the stability of marriage to become higher, so I would like to suggest that it should come up with an alternative that leisure activity programs between family for these women are in conjunction with the local community.
