출산·양육소수자들의 경험과 양육친화적 지역사회정책에 대한 질적연구

본 연구는 임신·출산·양육에 어려움을 겪기 쉬운 취약계층 위기임산부들의 경험에 대해 분석하고, 체계적이며 연속적인 지원으로 안정적인 양육친화적 지역사회정책 제언을 제시하는 연구이다. 총 10명의 연구참여자들을 통한 결과로 첫째, 출산·양육 소수자들의 초기양육환경조성사업의 참여 경험은 ‘임신과 출산의 경제적 부담’, ‘지원기관에 절대적 의존’, ‘언어문화적 갈등과 오해’, ‘사회적 편견과 관심’, ‘부부(양육자)간 심리적 소통’, ‘임산부의 상황별 대처법’이며 둘째, 출산·양육 소수자들에 대한 양육친화적 지역사회 만들기에 필요한 요인은 지역사회복지정책의 중요성 인식에 따른 정책적, 실천적, 사회적 요건들을 제시하였다. 셋째, 지속가능한 양육친화적 지역사회정책의 혁신모델은 ‘양육친화적 패러다임 공유’를 통한 ‘맞춤형 생애주기 정책’과 ‘통합적 전문서비스 체계’에 의한 ‘건강한 양육 지역사회 네트워크 형성’으로 지속가능한 양육친화적 지역사회정책의 혁신모델을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to propose a stable parenting-friendly community policy based on the experiences of vulnerable pregnant women in crisis who are prone to difficulties in childbirth and childrearing and systematic and continuous support. As a result of a total of 10 research participants, first, the experience of participation in the early child-rearing environment creation project for minorities giving birth and raising children was 'the overall burden of pregnancy and childbirth', 'absolute dependence on support organizations', and 'language and cultural conflicts and misunderstandings'. ‘social prejudice and interest’, ‘psychological communication between couples (caregivers)’, and ‘situational coping methods for pregnant women’. Secondly, the importance of community welfare policy is a necessary factor in creating a parenting-friendly community for minorities giving birth and raising children. Policy, practical, and social requirements according to awareness were presented. Third, the innovative model of sustainable parenting-friendly community policy is to create a sustainable parenting-friendly region through 'customized life cycle policy' through 'sharing a parenting-friendly paradigm' and 'formation of a healthy parenting community network' through an 'integrated professional service system'. An innovation model for social policy was presented.
