초록

The utilization of multi-omics research has gained popularityin clinical investigations. However, effectively managing andmerging extensive and diverse datasets presents a challengedue to its intricacy. This research introduces a Multi-Omics AnalysisSandbox Toolkit, an online platform designed to facilitatethe exploration, integration, and visualization of datasets rangingfrom single-omics to multi-omics. This platform establishesconnections between clinical data and omics information, allowingfor versatile analysis and storage of both single andmulti-omics data. Additionally, users can repeatedly utilize andexchange their findings within the platform. This toolkit offersdiverse alternatives for data selection and gene set analysis. Italso presents visualization outputs, potential candidates, and annotations. Furthermore, this platform empowers users to collaborateby sharing their datasets, analyses, and conclusions withothers, thus enhancing its utility as a collaborative research tool. This Multi-Omics Analysis Sandbox Toolkit stands as a valuableasset in comprehensively grasping the influence of diversefactors in diseases and pinpointing potential biomarkers.
