>본 연구의 목적은 창원국가산업단지 내 중소규모 입주업체를 중심으로 ERP시스템의 혁신확산에 영향을 미치는 변화관리요인을 규명하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 혁신확산을 위한 변화관리요인으로 혁신특성 요인(호환성, 복잡성, 상대적 우위)과 변화관리 요인(최초 구축 후 경과 기간, ERP 훈련, 변화준비)을 사용하였다.분석 결과, 구축 후 경과기간과 변화준비는 ERP시스템의 기능적 확산에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 복잡성과 변화준비는 업무적 확산에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 호환성, 상대적 우위, IT 관리능력, ERP 훈련, 경쟁압력 등의 변수는 통계적으로 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났다.이와 같은 결과에서 볼 때, ERP시스템을 성공적으로 확산시키기 위해서는 사용자에게 ERP시스템의 도입에 따른 변화를 이해하게 하고 명확한 역할이 전달되어야 하며, 또한 ERP시스템 자체가 사용하기 쉬워야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
>The main purpose of this thesis is to ascertain change managemen factors affecting the diffusion of ERP system in Changwon Industrial Complex.With reference to past researches which focus on innovation diffusion, change management, and ERP implementation, the research model was developed. The model developed includes contextual variables such as innovation characteristics (compatibility, complexity, relative advantage) and change management characteristics (elapsed time, ERP training, change readiness) as determinants of the extent of diffusion. The data for the thesis was obtained from the survey of 60 small-medium sized firms in Changwon Industrial Complex that have adopted ERP system. Survey respondents are the managers of ERP implementation. To analyze the results of this empirical study, multiple regression analysis was performed.The results of regression analysis reveal that elapsed time of change management characteristics & change readiness of change management characteristics had an influence only on the functional diffusion, and complexity of innovation characteristics & change readiness of change management characteristics had an influence on the operational diffusion.
