본 연구의 목적은, 세무회계정보시스템의 환경적 요인과 시스템 특성의 적합도가 세무회계정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치게 될 것이라는 기본 전제하에, 세무회계정보시스템 이용자들을 대상으로 세무회계정보시스템의 환경요인과 세무회계정보시스템의 시스템 특성변수간의 적합도를 상황분류법을 사용하여 분석하고. 이들 변수간의 적합도가 세무회계정보시스템의 성과 중 가장 중요한 부분이며, 동시에 세무회계정보시스템 관련 이해관계자들의 가장 큰 관심사인 정보성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는데 있다. 연구결과, 기업의 외부환경변화에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 경영전략과 업무관련성이 수립된 조직의 세무회계정보시스템 용이성과 유연성이 높을수록 세무회계정보시스템의 정보성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 기업의 환경요인과 세무회계정보시스템의 시스템 특성간의 적합도가 높을수록 정보성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 본 연구모형을 통해 보다 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 평가를 할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study examines the effects on information performance of Tax Information System(TIS) by the fit among the environment variables and system characteristics variables. To analyze factors which influence TIS effectiveness, this study used fit concept. In order to achieve purpose of this study, this study used the questionaire analysis, and Wilcoxon analysis. The result of this study prove that the fit of each variable could partly inpact on the results. Consequently, to raise efficiency of the information performances, the fit among the environment variables and system characteristics is very important factors. The empirical model of this study was the prove the effects on information performance of Tax Information System(TIS) by the fit among the environment variables and system characteristics variables.
