전투원의 생존성 향상을 위한 다양한 연구 가운데 야간 위장성능이 중요한 이슈 중 하나이지만, 이를 평가할 수 있는 표 준화된 시험방법은 부재한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 시험법을 개발하고자 분광광도계를 이용하여 다양한 조건하에서 디지털무늬 전투복 원단의 반사율을 측정하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 편차를 최소화 할 수 있도록 절차를 표준화 한 뒤 산업표준화법에 근거한 단체표준으로 제정하였다. 이때 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인으로는 시험편의 두께(수) 가 절대적이며, 시험편의 위치나 방향에 따른 영향은 미미하였다. 또한 피복류 운영환경을 고려한 위장성의 내구성 평가방법 에 대한 개발 필요성도 확인되었다.
Abstract
Various researches have been carried out to improve the survival of the warfighter along with the development of Night Vision Device(NVD). However, standardized testing methods for camouflage under night circumstance weren't developed. In this research, therefore, we used a combat uniform fabrics printed with small pixel pattern to measured reflectance within near infrared light under various conditions. Also we analyzed the change in the results and analyzed the standardized procedures that can minimize the variance of the results. In addition, the procedures have established private standards based on the Industrial Standardization Law. The results of research, we realized the influence to the thickness of the specimen was very strong. But, the position and orientation of specimen was negligible. On the other hand, the standardized test method is close to measuring intrinsic properties of the dye or pigment. So we realized that it is necessary to develop the test method for considering operating circumstances.
