This study aims to solve the corrosion problem of fasteners using a Flank array sonar. The cause of corrosion was assumed to be a combination of crevice and galvanic corrosion using research data and by comparing other sensor fasteners in the same environment. Experimental verification confirmed that the assumed cause was the root cause. In addition, considering the installation environment, a sacrificial anode method using a carbon fiber structure for electrical connections instead of simple metal-to-metal grounding was proposed. The effectiveness of this improvement was proven through experimental verification.
