초록
The demand for international logistics continues to increase owing to changes in the international trade structure, an increase in multinational corporations, and the growth of the online market. Accordingly, companies are striving to establish strategies to efficiently operate global supply chains. In particular, Korea has shown increasing interest in the MRO(Maintenance, Repair, Operations) market, providing logistics services for exported weapon systems owing to the recent activation of defense industry exports. In this context, this study proposes a MILP(Mixed-Integer Linear Programming) model to establish an optimal intermodal transportation plan to economically and efficiently operate a global supply chain. The goal is to transport large quantities of goods produced in multiple regions to multiple domestic and international demanders by linking two or more vehicles, such as trucks, railways, ships, and aviation, to meet delivery dates and transport at the lowest cost. Two numerical experiments were conducted to verify and validate the MILP model. The analysis and visualization of the experimental results confirmed that all constraints, such as the conditions for transshipment, aircraft/ship service schedule, and delivery date, were complied with, and a realistic transportation plan was established.

The demand for international logistics continues to increase owing to changes in the international trade structure, an increase in multinational corporations, and the growth of the online market.
