본 연구는 대구 관광 활성화를 위한 도시마케팅 기관 간 협력 네트워크 구축의 필요성을 시사하기 위해 대구 관광의 주요 기관들의 협력현황과 방식을 파악하고, 협력의 장애요인을 분석하며 이를 해결하기 위한 향후 효율적인 협력 네트워크 구축을 위한 정책적 제언을 도출하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전문가 개별 심층면접 조사를 중심으로 진행되었으며 대구광역시의 도시마케팅 중 관광 산업과 밀접성이 있는 4개 기관의 실무경력 7년 이상의 담당자들을 대상으로 한 질적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구는 각 기관의 역할을 명확히 규명하고, 현재의 협력구조와 방식을 파악하며, 협력과정에서 발생한 장애 요인에 대한 전문가들의 의견을 수집하였다. 대구 관광 활성화를 위한 협력 네트워크 구축을 위하여 업무 및 예산 배정과 조정, 협의체 구축 및 운영, 공통된 목표 설정, 지속적인 교류의 장 마련, 공동사업 추진, 기능에 따른 기관 통합 등 다양한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the current status and methods of cooperation among major organizations in Daegu tourism, analyze obstacles to cooperation, and derive policy suggestions for establishing an efficient cooperative network in the future. Through this, it seeks to highlight the necessity of establishing a cooperative network between urban marketing agencies to revitalize Daegu tourism. The research method was conducted focusing on an in-depth interview survey of individual experts, and a qualitative study was conducted targeting people in charge of more than 7 years of practical experience at four organizations closely related to the tourism industry among urban marketing in Daegu Metropolitan City. The study clearly identified the role of each institution, identified the current cooperative structure and method, and collected opinions from experts on obstacles that occurred in the cooperative process. In order to establish a cooperative network for revitalizing Daegu tourism, various improvement measures such as work and budget allocation and adjustment, establishment and operation of a consultative body, establishment and operation of a common goal, establishment of a place for continuous exchange, promotion of joint projects, and integration of institutions according to functions were suggested.
