Abstract
Space where the people live comes to have complex meaning and value beyond the simple physical substance. Personal memory of home, village, and street where they lived is a home town where they belong to in a lifetime. This researcher worked it as a subject of contents of cultural shock when visiting Japan for the first time. The puzzled experience in those days may be high probability of inconvenience of cognitive dissonance that this researcher can feel the moment a lot of things that considered as mine vaguely become things of others in an instant. This researcher is to recognize that we already shared with the similar to Japanese cultural environment in an unconscious moment for ourselves by photographing the modern space where we and Japan possessed together and by arranging it in parallel. History and culture comes to have true meaning and value, not by selective dealing with the reality of good memory to us only, but by filling it with the affection against a pain and a sorrow as it is.
