Abstract
This paper is try to discuss on the relation Samantha and Vipassana. Specially Sati(念) is staring point for the practise of Sarnantha and Vipassana. Sati is involved two definitions. Firstly, it is described as possessing the characteristics of reminding conscious one' s being a man. Secondly it makrs one aware of his moral and spiritual treasure.
