In this paper , we will deduce the fundamental group on some types of dynamical manifolds. The relations between the dynamical manifold and the deformation retract on the fundamental group are discussed. The fundamental group of the dynamical manifold on the non-athwart-immersed spheres is obtained. Theorems governing these relations will be achieved.
