A new class C^m _(λ,μ) (a, c, q) of meromorphic functions is de ned by a composition structure of two linear operators which extend certain linear multi-plier transformations in the unit disk. Among the results obtained in this paper are several inclusion properties for this class and for its certain other associated classes.
