Abstract
The Generalized Nets (GNs) are an appropriate tool for modelling of real events phenomenon and complex structures because of their flexibility and universal modelling possibilities. In this paper a methodology for modelling of open, hybrid and closed systems by using GNs is presented. A GN-based model of a Expert system is developed and investigated. The proposed modelling approach possesses possibilities for gaining the history of the system through its functioning, as well as for tracing the current status of the system and to optimize the flowing processes.
