목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 탄력성, 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도의 정도를 파악하고 탄력성과 직무스트레스, 직무만족도와의 관계를 알아보기 위함이다. 방법: 자료수집은 2010년 7월 19일에서 7월 30일까지 구조화된 질문지를 사용하여 진주시에 소재하는 G 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 433명을 대상으로 하였다. 완성된 질문지의 자료는 SPSSWIN 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 탄력성은 연령, 결혼상태, 종교, 최종학력, 년간 소득액, 간호직 선택동기, 현 직장 근무경력, 직위, 근무부서에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 탄력성과 직무스트레스(r=-.405) 간에 유의한 역상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 탄력성과 직무만족도(r=.380)간에는 유의한 순상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 간호사의 탄력성이 높을수록 직무스트레스는 낮고 직무만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 간호사의 개인적 탄력성을 강화하기 위한 탄력성증진 중재 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the clinical nurses' resilience, occupational stress, and occupational satisfaction and to identify the correlations among them. Methods: Structured questionnaires were administered with total 75 questions for 433 nurses working at a university hospital in Jin-ju from July 19 to 30, 2010. Data from the completed questionnaires were analyzed with the SPSSWIN program. Results: The resilience had a significant difference according to the age, marital status, religion, education level, annual income, motive of choosing the nursing science, clinical career, position, and workplace. Resilience had a negative correlation with occupational stress(r=-.405), and had a positive correlation with occupational satisfaction(r=.380). Occupational stress had a negative correlation with occupational satisfaction(r=-.637). Conclusion: The higher their resilience was, the lower their occupational stress and the higher the occupational satisfaction. It is recommended that intervention program be developed that can enhance personal resilience in nurse.
