Recently, several authors have studied the type 2 degenerate Bernoulli and Euler numbers and polynomials. In this paper, we deduce in nite families of di erential equations satis ed by generating functions of the type 2 degenerate Bernoulli and Euler numbers and derive some identities from those di erential equations.
