본 연구의 목적은 창의적 학교환경이 학교적응 간의 관계에서 또래애착과 자아탄력성이 이중매개효과가 있는가를 확인하는데 있다. 본 연구는 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널 14차년도 패널데이터를 활용하였다. 패널조사에 참여한 총 2,150명의 참여자 중에서 결측치를 제외하고 남학생 688명, 여학생 660명, 총 1,348명의 유효데이터만을 연구에 포함하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 학교환경, 학교적응, 또래애착, 자아탄력성 간에는 서로 정(+)적인 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 창의적 학교환경과 학교적응 간의 관계에서 또래애착과 자아탄력성이 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 실제 교육 현장에서는 학습자들이 학교에 잘 적응해 나갈 수있도록 하기위하여 창의적 학교환경을 제공하는 것은 물론, 또래 간에 애착을 형성할 수 있고, 학습자 스스로 자아탄력성을 함양할 수 있는 교육환경이 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify whether peer attachment and ego-resilience have a double mediating effect on the relationship between creative school environments and school adaptation. This study utilized the 14th year panel data of the Korean Children's Panel of the Childcare Policy Research Institute. A total of 2,150 people participated in the panel survey in this study. After excluding missing values among the participants, only the valid responses of 688 male students and 660 female students, a total of 1,348, were included in the study. The results are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between creative school environments, school adaptation, peer attachment, and ego-resilience. Second, peer attachment and ego-resilience had a double mediating effect on the relationship between creative school environments and school adaptation. Therefore, in the educational field, in order for learners to adapt well to school based on the above results, it is necessary to provide creative school environments as well as education that can form attachments among peers and foster ego-resilience in learners.
