Abstract

The purpose of this study is to practically protect the right of the victims on the criminal procedures.First, depends on the features of criminals, the flexible application of the period of complaint determined in strict will be a useful method decreasing the serious spiritual feeling of uneasiness because of the criminal damages. When the victims complaint the criminals, the administration of investigation has to do all of the actions to protect the victims to out of the threats of revenge from the assaulter. And the administration of the investigation has to give the victims all of the information about the assaulter as fast to make them easy in spirit.Second, in the court, the victims become the witness. As the testimony of the witness is decisive in punishing the criminal, the witness has to be protected to testify in comfortable state and given the information about the procedure of the trial. For this, limit the investigations invading private and individuality of the victims as a witness and, when investigate the witness, admit sitting in company with a lawyer and a supporter, and give the right of information like seeing the trial records of the witness.
