소양인 환자의 태음인 오치 2 증례와 양격산화탕과 형방도적산의 차이점에 대한 고찰

I experienced two case of Soyang patients who was treated with Taeumin at first. Two patients had a somewhat different pathogenic pattern. I found similiar patterns from "Sanghanrhon". Practical 2 case and 2 clinical theories in the "Sanghanrhon" make me assume the result of Soyangin who take Taewnin prescription(for example Yeoldahansotang). One is the chest-phrenic fever syndrome, the other is accumulation of pathogen in the chest. 본인은 소양인 환자의 태음인 오치 2증례를 통해 소양인에게 태음인처방(열다한소탕과 같은 하제의 성격)을 주었을 때 어떤 결과가 나오는지 살펴보게 되었다. 이러한 경우에 대해 비슷한 임상적 예와 이론을 상한론의 조문에서 또한 찾아볼 수 있었다. 이를 통해 소양인에게 열다한소탕과 같은 성격의 태음인 처방을 주었을 때 소양인리병 흉격열증이나 소양인 표병 결흉증과 같은 양상이 나올 것이라는 가정을 가질 수 있었다.
