전과자에 대한 일반시민과 형사사법종사자의 인식차이에 관한 연구

이 연구는 일반시민과 과 이 과 이 과 이 과 이 과 이 아보기 위하여 과 회적 허용도와 태도, 과 별 제 원 부당성 정도, 범죄 관리제도 견, 그리고 과 재범 및 교정가능성 등서 아보기 위하여 국 성남 과교정보관 과교정보관 과 교정보관 하는 을 상으로 조하였다. 분석결과, 들 견은 반적으로 일반시민 견과 향성서는 유하지만 비율을 보면 상적으로 일반시민보다는 과 부정적 을 갖는 향을 보이고 있다. 또 범죄 등록제도나 범죄력조회 등 범죄 관리와 재범예방을 위 도입되었거나 도입예정 제도들 과 별 또는 권침 여부 조결과도 마찬가지로 일반시민 우보다 이런 제도들이 범죄를 별하는 것으로 보는 비율이은 것으로 나다.만 아범죄교정가능성과 비율이은 것으로 나다.만 아범죄교정가능성과 비율이은 것으로 나다.만 아범죄교정가능성과 비율이 은 것으로 나다. 만 아 범죄 교정가능성과 교정가능 범죄유 견을 합 보면 두 집단 모두 일부 범죄만이 교정 가능하다고 보고 있다. 이러 점서는 두 집단 견이 유 측면이 있기는 하나 체적으로는 일반시민 우가 보다과교정가능성 보다과교정가능성 보다과교정가능성 보다과교정가능성 보다 과 교정가능성 있어서 긍정하는 향이 강 것으로 나다. 특히, 있어서도 부분 문항서 교정 우가 과 부정적 이 강하게 나나는 것을 수 있었으며, 보관 우가 과서 비교적 유연 을 가지고 있는 것으로 나나고 있다.
Abstract
A Study on Diferences in the Perceptionof Ex-convicts betwen the Public andCriminal Justice Profesionals Lee, Yoon Ho Kim, Soon Seok This study was intended to clarify any differences in the perception of and attitude towards ex-convicts between the public and criminal justice professionals regarding the level of unfairness in all the aspects of discrimination against ex-convicts, views on criminal control regime and the possibility to correct criminals. In result, it was found that more criminal justice professionals tended to have negative perception of ex-convicts compared to the public, although the relevant views and tendencies were generally similar between the former and the latter. Further, as a result of investigating whether the criminal control regimes introduced or planned to be introduced for the sake of criminal control and second-offense prevention including criminal listing
