진로와 직업 분야 소명에 관한 국내 연구동향: 현황분석 및 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 진로와 직업 분야 소명연구에 대한 동향을 살펴보고, 향후 소명연구의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현황 분석과 네트워크 분석을 통하여 2000년부터 2018년 현재까지의 최근 19년 동안 발표된 111편의 논문을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현황 분석 결과이다. ① 연도별 현황은 2006년을 시작으로 2013년까지는 미흡하였으나 2014년 12편(10.8%), 2015년 15편(13.5%)으로 증가하는 추세를 나타냈다. 2016년 이후 연구는 68편(61.2%)의 높은 분포를 나타냈다. ② 연구대상 현황은 성인(51.4%)과 대학생(39.6%)으로 대다수 연구가 이루어져 초등학생, 중학생, 고등학생 대상에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다. ③ 측정도구 현황은 CVQ-K(50.3%), MCM-K(11.7%), Wrzesniewski et al.척도(6.3%), VCS-K(5.0%) 등의 순으로 나타났다. ④ 연구방법은 양적연구(89.2%)가 대부분인 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석 결과이다. ① ‘논문제목’ 분석 결과, 소명의식, 직업소명, 대학생, 진로소명, 삶의 만족 등의 순으로 출현빈도가 높게 나타났다. 연결중심성이 높은 키워드로는 소명의식, 삶의 만족, 진로소명, 대학생, 직업소명 등의 순으로 분석되었다. 매개중심성이 높은 키워드로는 직업소명, 소명의식, 진로소명, 삶의 만족, 조직몰입 등의 순으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 진로와 직업분야에서 소명의 중요성과 더불어 활발히 연구되는 주제와 확장이 높은 연구주제를 알 수 있었다. ② ‘연구대상’ 분석 결과, 대학생 연구대상의 주제어로는 대학생, 진로소명, 소명의식, 삶의 만족, 진로결정수준 등의 순으로 나타났다. 성인 연구대상의 주제어로는 직업소명, 소명의식, 직무만족, 교사, 직장인 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 대상별 연구주제의 차이점이 분석되어 대상별 소명의 사용명칭 구분이 필요한 것으로 시사되었다. ③ ‘주제어’ 분석 결과, 연결중심성이 높은 주제어로는 삶의 만족, 소명의식, 삶의 의미, 진로소명 순으로 나타났다. 매개중심성이 높은 주제어로는 삶의 만족, 진로소명, 소명의식, 삶의 의미 순으로 분석되었다. 주제어는 G1(대학생의 진로적응과 진로소명), G2(직업인의 직업적응과 직업소명), G3(삶·일에 의미·만족과 소명)의 총 3개의 연구주제로 도출되었다. 이를 통하여 진로와 직업에서 대상별로 삶과 일의 의미와 만족에 적응으로서 소명의 중요성이 시사되었다. 끝으로 본 연구결과에 기초하여 논의하고 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine trends in calling of career and vocation research in Korea and to suggest directions for future career research. To do this, we analyzed 111 papers published from 2000 to 2018 through current analysis and network analysis. First, it is the result of current analysis. ① By year, the current situation was insufficient until 2013, but it increased to 12(10.8%) in 2014 and 15(13.5%) in 2015. Since 2016, research has shown a high distribution of 68(61.2%). ② Most of the research subjects were adults(51.4%) and university students(39.6%). ③ The current status of the measurement tools were CVQ-K(50.3%), MCM-K(11.7%), Wrzesniewski et al(6.3%) and VCS-K(5.0%). ④ The research method was analyzed by the majority(89.2%). Second, network analysis results. ① The frequency of appearance in the order of 'title of paper' analysis, calling sense, vocation calling, college students, career calling, life satisfaction etc. Keywords with high connection centrality were analyzed in order of calling sense, life satisfaction, career calling, university student, vocation calling. Keywords of mediation centrality were analyzed in order of calling, calling sense, career calling, life satisfaction, organizational commitment. Through these results, we could find out the topic of study and the subject of study which are actively studied with the importance of calling in career and vocation. ② The results of the analysis of 'research subjects' showed that the main subjects of university students' research subjects were university students, career calling, calling sense, life satisfaction, career decision level. The main subjects of adult research subjects were vocation calling, calling sense, job satisfaction, teachers, and workers. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to distinguish the use of the subject-specific calligraphy. ③ In the result of 'main word' analysis, the main topic of connection center was life satisfaction, calling sense, meaning of life, career calling. The mediation centered subjects were analyzed in order of life satisfaction, career calling, calling sense, meaning of life. Key words were derived from three research themes: G1(career adaptation and career calling for university students), G2(job adaptation and vocation calling for workers), and G3(meaning, satisfaction and calling for life and work). This suggests the importance of calling as an adaptation to the meaning and satisfaction of life and work by subject in career and vacation. Finally, the results of this study are discussed and suggested future research.
