대구·경북지역 부검 증례 중 살인사건의 범행특성과 시체손상패턴으로 분석한 가설적 추론

초록

본 연구는 살인사건에서 피의자의 특성과 범행특성 및 시체손상패턴을 분석하여 가설적 추론을 제시하였다. 2015년부터 2020년까지 국립과학수사연구원 대구과학수사연구소에서 부검을 진행한 살인사건의 부검감정서와 수사자료, 현장감식결과보고서 및 변사자조사결과보고서 등을 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 가설적 추론을도출하였다. 피의자의 특성 중 대인전과는 살해장소, 살해방법과 관련이 있었으며, 정신병력은 살해시간대, 살해장소, 살해도구, 공격횟수, 오버킬과 관련이 있었다. 피해자와의 면식관계는 살해장소, 살해방법, 공격횟수, 오버킬과 관련이 있었고, 피의자의 범행동기는 살해장소, 살해방법, 오버킬과 관련이 있었다. 계획성은 살해장소, 살해방법, 살해도구와 관련이 있었으며, 피의자의 범행 당시 음주상태는 살해장소, 살해방법과 관련이 있었다. 본 연구의 가설적 추론결과는 살인사건에서 범죄수사에 참고할 중요한 근거자료가 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 관련후속연구의 기반이자 기초 비교자료로 의의가 있다

Abstract

This study attempted to present hypothetical inferences regarding the relationships by analyzing the characteristics of the offender in homicide cases, crime characteristics, and the corpse damage pattern. We analyzed autopsy reports, investigative data, on-site examination results reports, and incidental death investigation results reports on homicide cases conducted by the Daegu institute of the National Forensic Service from 2015 to 2020 and the following hypothetical inferences were derived. Among the characteristics of the offender, the interpersonal criminal record was related to the place and method of homicide. A history of mental illness was related to the time, place and attack tools of homicide, the number of attacks and overkill. The acquaintance relationship was related to the place and method of homicide, the number of attacks, and overkill. The offender’s crime motivation was related to the place and method of homicide and overkill. The offender’s preliminary plan was related to the place, method, and attack tools of homicide. The offender’s drunken state was related to the place and method of homicide. The hypothetical inference results of this study can be the important basis data for criminal investigation, and are meaningful as the basis and basic comparison data for related follow-up studies.
