초록

This study compared Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) measurements from Precision Filter Radiometer (PFR) and Sky radiometer to improve AOD accuracy. Observations were conducted at Anmyeon-do (AMY) and Gosan (GSN), two background sites in Korea, from 2017 to 2022. The comparison showed high correlations (> 0.8) between PFR and Sky radiometer AOD values at both sites across all seasons. Additionally, comparisons with AERONET AOD data revealed high correlations, with expected errors (EE) within 90%, indicating strong accuracy. An analysis of aerosol chemical composition during Asian Dust days showed significant changes in secondary pollutants (NH4+, SO42-, NO3-) and Ca2+. On these days, high correlations were observed between AOD and components such as Ca2+ and NO3-. These findings provide essential baseline data for understanding aerosol chemical properties and will contribute to future research on the physical and chemical properties of aerosols by comparing AOD with satellite and meteorological data.

These findings provide essential baseline data for understanding aerosol chemical properties and will contribute to future research on the physical and chemical properties of aerosols by comparing AOD with satellite and meteorological data.
