본 연구에서는 풍력발전기 허브의 구조적 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 국가바람지도를 이용한 극한풍속을 추정하였다. 대상지역은 우리나라 풍력발전 주요지역인 15개 지역을 선정하였고 수치기상자료(2005년~2007년)의 시계열풍속으로부터 일최대풍속과 월최대풍속을 추출하여 평가시간을 환산하였다. 수치기상자료의 신뢰성을 판단하기 위해 풍황측정자료와 비교하였고 극치분포해석의 확률분포모델은 Gumbel분포 및 Weibull분포를 통해 극한풍속을 추정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 극한풍속을 추정함에 있어 월최대풍속자료를 사용하는 것이 적합한 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The extreme wind speeds are evaluated by using national wind map to ensure the structural stability of wind power plant station hub. The major 15 regions of wind power plant station in Korea were chosen, and the daily maximum wind speeds and monthly maximum wind speeds were extracted from time-series wind speed from numerical analysis data (2005~2007), so the averaging time was converted. To ensure the reliability of the numerical analysis data, it was compared with the field measurement data, and the extreme wind speeds were estimated through the Gumbel distribution and Weibull distribution for probability distribution model of extremes value analysis. At the result of this study, it was appropriated to estimate the extreme wind speed by using the monthly maximum wind speed data.
