임상병리사의 검사업무 전산화(LIS)에 대한 태도 및 요구조사

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a better way to use computer system in order to improve laboratory information system(LIS) and laboratory management. User experience of laboratory information system was investigated with two groups by Questionnaire. It was consist of computer use anxiety, expectation, performance, recognition , and individual characteristics of medical technologists in clinical Lab. The survey analysis shows user anxiety score to range from 2.650 to 2.790 on a five point scale. The expectation score is 3.943-4.077, and performance score to use the system is 3.217~4.056 on the same five point scale. Group-1 (computerized before two years with order communication system)'s performance score can only produce statistically significant difference with Group-2(early stage of laboratory information system). The positive attitudes of medical technologists who use laboratory information systems is very important for improving computer performance and decreasing computer anxiety. Therefore, the systematic user training and continuous education in using computer are highlighted as a key factor in this survery.
