건강진단자의 류머티스성 관절염의 양성율에 관한 연구

Abstract

A total of 6，323(male 4,621 , and female 1,702) sera collected from the medi-screeners, Medi-screen center, Gangbuk Samsung hospital were tested for sero-positive rate by RA test and CRP test method during the period of 1st, August through 30th , December, 1995. The results are as follows ; 1. The sero-positive cases of RA(rheumatoid arthritis) test are detected 324 cases (5.1 2%) from total 6,323 sera collected from medi-screeners. The sero-positive cases of Rheumatoid factor(RF) by sex are appeared 4.96% (229/4,621 cases) in male , and 5.58% (95/1,702 cases) in female. 2. The sero-positive rate of RF by the age groups are appeared as follows ; The sero-positive rates of RF by male were appeared 24.3% (9/37 cases) in 70 age group, 12.7% (21/165 cases) in 60 age group, 7.14% (1/14 cases) in 10 age group, 5.43% (98/1,806 cases) in 40 age group, 5.1 5% (35/679 cases) in 50 age group, 3.48% (58/1,665 cases) in 30 age group, 2.75% (7/255 cases) in 20 age group respectively, and in female, were appeared 22.2% (10/45 cases) in 70 age group, 9.70% (26/268 cases) in 60 age group , 5.58% (1/18 cases) in 10 age group, 5.57% (130/2,334 cases) in 40 age group, 5.37% (55/1,024 cases) in 50 age group, 4.40% (19/432 cases) in 20 age group, 3.77% (83/2 ,202 cases) in 30 age group respectively. 3. The RF sero-positive cases with CRP positive cases were detected 192 cases(3.04%) from total 324 RF positive cases, and the RF sero-positive cases with CRP negative cases were appeared 132 cases(2.08%) from total 324 RF positive cases. 4. The comparative relationship between reaction grades of RF positive cases and immunoglobulins classes(IgG, IgA , IgM) was not significant in this study.
