Treadmill 운동부하로 인한 협심증환자의 심기능 변화

Abstract

Graded Treadmill Exercise Stress Tests were performed on 52 Anginosal and 48 Non-anginosal patients(positive and negative patients) who were older than 30 years of age. Heart rates, ST-segment and recovery time were recorded during treadmill exercise by the modified Bruce protocol until the patients were exhausted or reached the end point to terminate the exercise. In both male e and female, the change in heart rates of two groups were increased in proportion to the intensity of exercise, but the heart rates of positive patients were increased more than negative patients. The change in ST-segment of two groups(male and female) were depressed in proportion to the intensity of exercise, but the ST -segment of positive patients tend to depressed more than negative patients. The change in recovery time of two groups(male and female), the recovery time of positive patients tend to longer than negative patients.
