중소·중견기업 CEO의 인지된 환경불확실성과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직민첩성의 매개효과

초록

본 연구는 환경동태성 및 환경복잡성이 조직민첩성에 미치는 영향관계와 환경동태성 및환경복잡성과 조직성과 관계에서 조직민첩성의 매개효과를 밝히는 것이다. 연구목적은첫째, 환경동태성 및 환경복잡성과 조직민첩성 간의 영향관계, 둘째, 조직민첩성과 조직성과 간의 영향관계를 밝히고, 셋째, 환경동태성 및 환경복잡성과 조직성과 간의 관계에서조직민첩성이 매개역할을 하는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 전국 소재 종업원 100명 이상의중소·중견기업 113개 회사의 최고경영자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 가설을 검증한 결과, 환경동태성 및 환경복잡성은 조직민첩성에 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 조직민첩성도 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 환경동태성 및 환경복잡성과 조직성과 간 관계에서조직민첩성이 매개역할을 하고 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 조직차원에서 환경변수, 역량변수, 성과변수의 분석을 통해 체계적인 방향성을 제시하였다는 것이다. 그 외에연구결과에 대한 다양한 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구를 위한방향을 제언 등을 논의하였다.

Abstract

This examines the relationship between environmental dynamics(ED) and environmental complexity(EC) on organizational agility(OA), and to investigate the mediating effects of OA in relation to ED, EC and organizationality. For the purpose of the study, first, it examines the relationship between ED and EC and OA, second, identifies the relationship between OA and organizational performance. third, tried to find out whether OA plays a mediating role in the relationship between ED, EC and organizational performance. The data was collected from the CEOs of 113 SMCs with over 100 employees in korea, and the the hypotheses were tested. As a result, ED and EC had a positive effect on OA, and OA had a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, it verified that OA plays a mediating role in the relationship between ED, EC and organizational performance. This study suggests the systematic direction through the analysis of environmental variables, competency variables and performance variables at the organizational level. In addition, various theoretical and practical implications of the research results, limitations of the research, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
