정상안 외이도의 Malassezia furfur의 분포에 관한 연구

Abstract
Malassezia furfur is resident microflora of the extemal ear canal previous studies showed that this hyphae and spore from could found on clinically normal external ear canal. Normal person, 76 subject were studied. Ear wax specimens were stained with parker ink solution. The number of hyphae and spore were graded according to index(+1 to 3+). The incidence of malassezia infection of the external ear canal is 48.7% in spore and 30.3% in hyphae. The incidence rate of spore and hyphae in the group aged above 50, were lower than that of other age groups.
