日本에 있어서 少年事件被害者에 대한 配慮

Abstract

Complete revision to the Juvenile Law was performed in Japan in 2003. It was revised as contents with three main elements 「Reconsideration of regulation systems such as disposal of a boy」,「Rationalization to finding of fact procedure」, 「Substantial consideration to a victim 」of the main contents etc. Generally it differs from a general criminal procedure the Juvenile Law makes a referee secret for the purpose of boy protection. However, the criminal damage itself does not ask an adult crime and a juvenile crime, but it is the same. The main contents of this paper unite a focus with the situation of the employment which receives that it can set to the Japanese Juvenile Law in 2003 「consideration to a victim」and I want them to become fundamental data in the consideration to the victim by the direction of foundations and juvenile crime of the Juvenile Law in South Korea through analysis of the article of the three Japanese revised Juvenile Law.
