MBTI 성격유형에 따른 여가생활에 관한 연구

본 연구는 개인의 성격유형에 맞는 바람직하고 효율적인 여가생활의 프로그램방안을 모색하고 이를 통한 여가만족도를 높임으로써 개인의 여가생활을 위한 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위하여 MBTI 성격유형별 여가생활의 경향과 만족도를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 MBTI 성격유형.검사경험이 있는 대상자를 선정하여 2003년 7월부터 12월까지 설문조사를 실시하여 345명을 최종 조사대상자로 선별하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 여가생활의 참여정도는 기타여가생활유형, 자기개발, 스포츠활동, 여행의 순으로 참여하는 것으로 나타났고, 참여만족도는 평균수준 이상에서 만족하였다. 참여시간은 기타여가생활유형에서 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 참여비용은 여행, 기타여가생활유형, 자기개발, 관람활동, 스포츠활동의 순으로 비용을 지출하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, MBTI 성격유형(기질유형)에 따른 여가생활의 차이는 참여정도, 참여시간, 참여비용보다는 참여 만족도에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 직관감정형(NF)이 여가생활만족도가 높았고, 감각판단형이 가장 낮았다. 셋째, MBTI 성격유형(기질유형)별, 여가생활의 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 감각인식형(SP)은 참여만족과 참여시간이 전반적인 만족도에 중요한 변수로 나타나 특히 스포츠활동과 기타활동에 많이 참여할수록, 만족도는 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 감각판단형(SJ)은 참여시간과 비용이 중요변수로 나타났는데 특히 스포츠활동에 참여하는 시간이 많을수록 전반적인 만족도는 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 직관사고형(NT)은 참여만족과 참여비용이 중요변수로 나타나 이중에서 특히 스포츠활동의 참여만족과 자기계발과 기타활동의 참여비용이 많을수록 여가생활에 대한 만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 직관감정형(NF)의 경우에는 관람활동, 자기개발, 여행참여정도가 많을수록 여가생활 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 각 성격유형별 효과적인 여가프로그램에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was purposed to investigate the subject of experience in MBTI character type. The data were collected 345 adults consumer in Busan metropolitan city. Sampling data were analysed using SPSS 10.0 program for descriptive statistics, frequencies, mean, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. The variables were using inspection culture, self-developing, sports activity, tour and etc. activity(eating out with family) and analysed participation level, participation satisfaction with overall satisfaction. The results were as follows ; First, level of participation on leisure life was showed etc. activity pattern, self-developing, sports activity tour in order. participation satisfaction on leisure life was satisfied over average level. Leisure participation time was showed the higher etc. activity pattern than the others. Leisure participation cost was expended in cost of tour, etc. activity, self-developing, inspection culture, sports activity in order. Second, the differences of leisure life according to MBTI character type were significant differences in participation satisfaction than participation level, participation time and participation cost. The satisfaction of leisure life was the highest in NF type and the lowest in SJ type. Third, the influencing power of overall satisfaction of leisure life according to MBTI character type were found as follow; SP type was the higher satisfaction inspection culture, sports activity, etc. activity than the other activity. SJ type was the higher satisfaction sports activity and participation on time than the other. NT type was satisfied the higher sports participation activity and then satisfied sports activity the lower cost. NF type was satisfied of inspection culture, self-developing, tour participation in leisure culture life.
