Second, employees with the centers wanted KCVA to provide support and collect opinions from the centers instead of supervising the centers. They also thought that KCVA would be a great help to the development of the centers and to increasing interest in supporting victims on the part of the general public. In addition, they wanted KCVA to expand its organization and personnel so that it can fulfill greater obligations. Third, they thought that KCVA needed to concentrate on securing financial support from the government and local governments, developing and distributing programs to support crime victims, establishing standardized guidelines for facilitated activities to support crime victims, increasing wages for employees with the centers and furthering network with related institutions (police and private organizations) to support victims.
