Abstract
This study is focusing on volunteer service local governance in the local government. Particularly, this study analysed the actual conditions of volunteer service in local government and present policy alternatives for volunteer service local governance in future. The result is as follows. First, network system for volunteer service governance through the partnership between private-public must compose. This network system should be open system to participate all the main body in local government. Next, The strong propulsion faith about volunteer service of the commander of local government in need and must ensure institutional participation of all the main body through the enactment of law system. Last, volunteer service agency should improve the inner capability through continual in and out training program. moreover administrative and financial supports must reinforce to volunteer service agency.
