Abstract

This paper examines the demands placed on moral education in the posthuman era and proposes Philosophy for/with Children as a viable educational alternative. As the concept of the moral education shifts from a rational, autonomous individual to a generative and relational being, moral knowledge and thinking must also move beyond objectivity and linear reasoning toward relational, emergent, and rhizomatic forms of thought. Philosophy for/with Children grounded in open philosophical inquiry and intersubjective epistemology, reflects these transformations and provides a meaningful framework for reimagining moral education. By centering the children as a generative subject, Philosophy for/with Children demonstrates its relevance and legitimacy as a moral educational practice suited to the posthuman era.
