This study presents a case of sandplay therapy on a mid-aged woman who suffers pain and confusion by her husband’s affair. A one hour therapy session took place 39 times during 15months period. During the therapy, the client was provided a safe and confident environment as to express out her anger and fear closed within her. I focused on the point that through such expression, the client will experience regression phenomena after which herself consciousness will grow and achieve own individuation. The client was able to find her self-esteem and restore her own healing ability through the sandplay therapy. Therefore this therapy sets goal on the point that the client restores own energy to explore herself, strengthens her ego, and rebuilds herself as a woman and mother.
