초록
Recently, teenagers have increased stress situations due to various factors, and as the stress index increases, it has emerged as a socially significant problem. Adolescent mental health problems are not limited to that period, but their importance is gradually recognized because they affect mental health in adulthood. In particular, depression during adolescence is highly related to maladjustment in family life and school life, suicide, and emotional disorders after becoming an adult. The purpose of this study is to apply the mindfulness game theory to a meditation app that can feel static and boring to arouse interest in teenagers so that they can use the application continuously. Interest in mindfulness is growing rapidly as a tool that can be practiced repeatedly to improve the burden of life as well as a continuously reliable method. This study aims to study cases in which the concept of mindfulness is applied in commercialized games and to suggest a method of applying it to Koala, a meditation app for teenagers. Meditation apps can be used to manage physical pain or when you need your own calm response in a stressful situation, or you can use it as a daily habit.
