An involution on the shifted rim hook tableaux

Abstract
We construct a sign reversing involution on the shifted rim hooktableaux with some conditions. Using the Stembridge's combinatorialinterpretation for Morris' rule, this involution give acombinatorial proof of the orthogonality of the first kindfor the spin characters of tilde S_n.
