Abstract

In this paper, we present the exact Hausdor distance be-tween the oset curve of quadratic B´ezier curve and its quadraticGC 1approximation. To illustrate the formula for the Hausdor distance, wegive an example of the quadratic GC 1 approximation of the oset curveof a quadratic B´ezier curve.
