In this paper, we prove a classification theorem for Einsteinlightlike hypersurfaces M of a Lorentzian space form ( ¯M (c), ¯g) with asemi-symmetric metric connection subject such that the second fundamentalforms of M and its screen distribution S(TM) are conformallyrelated by some non-zero constant.
