Abstract
Let A be a noncommutative Banach algebra. Suppose there exists acontinuous linear Jordan derivation D:Ato A such thatD(x)[D(x),x]D(x)in mbox{rad}(A) for all xin A. In thiscase, we have D(A)subseteq mbox{rad}(A).
