본 연구는 주소 분야에서 주소 정보 접근성 개선을 위해 도메인 특화 에이전틱 RAG 기반 챗봇을 제안한다. 주소 정보는 사회 전반의 필수 정보임에도 불구하고, 복잡한 법령 체계와 분산된 정보원, 사물주소와 입체주소 등 새로운 유형의 등장 인해 전문 지식 없이는 정확하고 통합적인 활용하기 어려운 상황이다. 이에 따라, 제안 시스템은 도로명주소법, 업무편람 등 정확한 주소 관련 문서를 기반으로 질의 복잡도에 따른 단계적 추론과 근거 검증 기능을 설계하였다. 정량, 정성적 평가 결과, 주소 챗봇은 기존 대비 평균 약 8.72%~17.36% 개선을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 공공 영역에서의 주소 정보 접근 격차 해소와 업무 효율성 상향에 기여할 수 있다.
Abstract
Addresses represent essential information used across society, but accessing them accurately and comprehensively remains challenging due to complex legal structures, distributed information sources, and emerging formats such as object and three-dimensional addresses. To address these issues, this study proposes a domain-specific Agentic RAG-based chatbot designed to enhance accessibility to address information. The system leverages authoritative resources, including the Road Name Address Act and official administrative manuals, and performs step-wise reasoning and evidence verification according to query complexity, ensuring accuracy and legal consistency. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation results indicate that the proposed system achieves approximately 8.72% to 17.36% improvement compared to existing approaches. This research has the potential to reduce information-access gaps and improve work efficiency in the address domain.
