초록
This paper would like to reveal the sens of the weather satellite photography. Firstly it aims to understand the mechanism of production of this photography. The weather satellite photography is in a production method very different from the general photography. First of all, the distance between camera and object is far away. Besides, satellite camera do not take a picture of the earth only once. Instead, satellite camera take a picture of parts of the earth and combines a numerous images of the parts of the earth. This is a picture of photo-montage. Secondly, it aims to explain the mode of interpretation of this image. An interpreter have to understand previously the nature of the electromagnetic radiation to read correctly the weather satellite photographs. An interpreter must also to know the code of transform the electromagnetic radiation energy into the gradation of black and white on the photo. Lastly this paper attempt to demonstrate the diverse functions and properties of photography in this very special photographs. In the weather satellite, photography can identify the phenomena of weather, detect the invisible phenomena of weather, and predict the future weather phenomena.

Lastly this paper attempt to demonstrate the diverse functions and properties of photography in this very special photographs. In the weather satellite, photography can identify the phenomena of weather, detect the invisible phenomena of weather, and predict the future weather phenomena.
