연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 S대학교의 원격으로 진로탐색과 목표설정 진로교과목을 수강하는 대학생들의 진로성숙도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로성숙도인 진로동기, 자기이해가 진로결정효능감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 인구학적 변인에 따라 상관관계, 회귀분석을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 첫째, 진로교과목 수강대학생들의 인구학적 특성과 진로동기 및 자기이해의 차이검증 결과 성별, 학년, 단과대별 차이가 있었고, 둘째, 진로동기와 자기이해과 자기효능감과의 상관관계는 밀접한 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 진로성숙도인 진로동기와 자기이해와 진로결정효능감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 영향을 미쳐 가설이 지지되었다. 결론 및 제언: 충청권 대학의 대학생에 한정하여 표집하여 일반화하기에는 미흡한 점이 있으며 대학별 특성을 고려하지 못하여 한계가 있다. 따라서 후속연구를 통해 개인의 성별, 학년, 전공외에 대학특성, 지역 등을 고려한 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of career maturity on the self-efficacy of career decision of college students who take career courses remotely at S university. This study intends to analyze of career motivation and self-understanding, which are career maturity levels, on career decision efficacy of college students through correlation and regression analysis according to demographic variables. First, as a result of examining differences in demographic characteristics, career motivation, and self-understanding of college students taking career courses, there were differences by gender, grade, and college. Second, the correlation between career motivation, self-understanding and self-efficacy was closely related. confirmed that there is. Finally, the hypothesis was supported because it had a positive effect on the career maturity, career motivation, self-understanding, and career decision efficacy. It is insufficient to generalize by sampling limited to university students in Chung-cheong area, and there is a limit because characteristics of each university cannot be considered.
