연구 목적: 인문융합예술교육 프로그램의 효과성을 검증함으로써 감성역량 함양 프로그램 기획 및 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 인문융합예술교육 프로그램을 개발하여 실험집단과 비교집단 각각 50명의 성인을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하여 프로그램 사전·사후 점수를 측정하였다. 또한 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 내적일치도(Cronbach’s alpha), 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 인문융합예술교육 프로그램이 감성지능과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아본다. 결론 및 제언: 인문융합예술교육 프로그램은 감성지능과 행복감에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 감성역량을 함양할 수 있는 인문학과 예술이 융합된 인문융합예술교육 프로그램의 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 후속연구에서는 다양한 연구 대상의 심층적 측면을 고려한 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study aims to suggest implications for the planning and operation of emotional competency cultivating programs by verifying the effectiveness of the humanities convergence arts education program. A humanities convergence arts education program was developed, and the program was conducted for 50 adults in each experimental group and comparison group, and scores before and after the program were measured. In addition, descriptive statistics, internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha), and independent sample t-test were performed using SPSS 23.0. This study aims to examine the effect of humanities convergence arts education program on emotional intelligence and happiness. The humanities convergence arts education program was found to have a significant effect on emotional intelligence and happiness. Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful in that it suggests the direction of the humanities convergence arts education program that converges the humanities and the arts, thereby cultivating emotional competence.
